As a young man raised by my grandfather (a retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel) and the cousin of an Army Ranger and force recon Marine I am proud to be an American.

The response among youth worldwide to my transparent and heartfelt messages concerning my own struggles, rebellion and conflict with my parents has been tremendous.

Now as a worldwide speaker trained in negotiations (Harvard Business School & U. of Washington School of Business), conflict resolution (Hofstra Law School by Dr. Baruch Bush who created the mediation procedures used by the U.S. Postal Service nationwide), advanced interrogation (Reid & Associates founders of the polygraph) and persuasion & NLP (Richard Bandler creator of NLP) I am helping families worldwide better understand one another, listen attentively, communicate clearly, love wholeheartedly and reconcile wonderfully.

At the tender age of 12, I so hated my life I contemplated suicide. There was turmoil on the homefront, but I remained focused on academics and athletics and rose above my hardships. As a married man, my wife of 5 years cheated on me and had an affair, after which I was divorced and wrote “Breakthrough For A Broken Heart”.

I say all of this to say when I come speak, I’m not merely an academic but someone who understands youth, family struggles and working with kids as an educator and motivator to birth new beginnings, great awakenings and new horizons for success.
