Detox or Die! Constipated & Crying for a Colon Cleanse – The Most Obese Nation on Earth

It seems some of your minds are clogged up as much as your colons. LOL I don’t know about you, but I prefer to eliminate after I assimilate my food. Unfortunately the United States – the most obese nation on earth eats 3 meals a day and unloads once at best. Do the math and tell me where all that food is growing. Is it any wonder why folks are growing out of their jeans! LOL Smart friends cleanse!
Detox your body and drop that ‘extra body’ keeping you out of your bathing suit this summer! Flush the fat & live strong! http://klrfkry.com/click/?c=126810&s=98861
My translator in France (younger than me) was so clogged up her hands would sweat as a bodily mechanism to try to detox. When I asked her how often she was going to the bathroom (number 2) she told me about twice a week. I nearly fell over in amazement! “No wonder you’re sweating profusely, as your body doesn’t know how to eliminate all that mess inside of you!”

Yet some people prefer their ignorance, arrogance and cancerous tumors as their bodies crave a release mechanism to detox.

Rambo goes to Burma to rescue Christian missionaries

I saw Stallone’s Rambo movie, I think volume 3, where he goes to Burma. It was phenomenal. The film was about a former Vietnam commando living in Thailand who was approached by Christian missionaries desiring to make a difference in war-torn Burma. After persuading “Rambo” to take them over to Burma by boat, all hell breaks loose and the missionaries get a taste of reality when they meet the Burmese military junta.

Rambo and a group of mercenaries saved the day, but not before some intense combat that left nearly all the missionaries dead.

Great film. “Die for something or live for nothing!”

Intimidated Or Motivated?

Intimidated or motivated?
An enlightening question indeed
One worth always asking yourself
Whenever tempted to withdraw
Fearfully remove yourself from
Disdain, disregard, and shun
A diligent person of purpose
Just because you simply sense
A bit of insecurity and comparison
Causing instability and apprehension
Producing timidity and alienation
A preference to shrink back
Avoid and hide in isolation
Missing a marvelous blessing
Of generative collaboration
Ingenious cross pollination
Potent and rich fertilization
Be a man and don’t run
From a divine visitation
In which a new creation
Might be gloriously birthed
Value each other’s worth
Celebrate each other’s gifts
Acknowledge and honor
Don’t be quick to dismiss
Instead of being intimidated
Arise and be greatly motivated
For many fools have deviated
Been dwarfed and diminished
By the great accomplishments
Outstanding achievements
Sacred abilities and talents
Of other unique human beings.
Let us be friends and not fiends
Uplift and honor, not demean
Realize things are not always
As immediately they do seem
For we misinterpret people
Misconstrue sudden situations
Misappropriate our positions
Misuse our precious influence
Withdrawing, removing, denying
The pleasant hand of friendship
Connection and comradery
Which should be given graciously
Kindness granted generously
On the contrary, we pathetically
Think only about self and poor me
When we should show diplomacy
Build bridges among ourselves
Endeavor to interact peaceably
Engage one another personally
Expand ourselves professionally
Network and enlarge our niche
Rid ourselves of the insidious snitch
The snarling, disgruntled fit we pitch
Tendency to gossip and accuse
Those who do so always lose
Before trying to leverage and use
Let us embrace something new
Play and work together elegantly
Be motivated and inspired greatly
Rejoice in each other’s success
Sincerely and wholeheartedly.
